As an experienced and Certified Meta-Coach, Accredited Enneagram Practitioner, and qualified Art Therapist - I've dedicated the last 10+ years of my life, always in service of one core aim: to help people remember who they truly are. I've always known that when it comes to people, there is more than meets the eye.

I have trained with some world leading experts in The Enneagram, Meta-Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Positive Psychology.

My path into this work wasn’t academic. It was deeply personal. I began exploring personal development after leaving a five-year relationship marked by domestic violence. In seeking to understand how I got there and why I stayed so long, I uncovered insights that reshaped my life. I learned why I felt clearest when I was alone. I learned what anger really is, and how valuable it can be. I learned that the Enneagram has a way of showing us what it is we need to see, if we're ready to see it.

That’s why I keep doing this work. Because these moments of clarity, the gentle or gritty awakenings, are sacred, and they become even more powerful when we meet them with creativity, curiosity, and playfulness. Today, I live in Brisbane with my husband and our young son. Life is often messy and magical all at once.
