Booking Policy

Welcome! This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking services through The 9 Within.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all services that are available to book online, including:

All sessions are booked via our online booking system.
You'll receive a confirmation email with session details once your booking is complete.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.
For your session, please be in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection and arrive on time and ready to be fully present.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated (e.g., free Discovery Calls).
For Coaching Bundles, full payment is due upfront unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Payments are processed securely through our online booking platform.
In some cases, bank transfer may be offered as a payment option. If you'd prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us directly to arrange your booking and receive payment details.

Your session time is reserved just for you. Please let me know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancel with 48+ hours' notice: No charge.
Cancel with 24-48 hours' notice: Deposits for in-person sessions are non-refundable.
Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: The full fee for the session is charged.
If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

To cancel or reschedule, please use your confirmation email to amend your booking on the online booking service, or contact me directly.

If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect others' bookings.
If you're more than 15 minutes late and haven't made contact, the session may be considered a no-show.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of booking will apply.
