What is Meta-Coaching?
Meta-Coaching is a powerful, conversation-based process designed to help psychologically healthy individuals unleash their highest potential. It draws on the best of Cognitive, Humanistic (Self-Actualization), and Developmental Psychology. Grounded in the Communication Model of NLP and the Self-Reflexive Model of Neuro-Semantics, Meta-Coaching supports deep personal transformation by helping you become more aware of your thinking, communication, and behaviour so you can create lasting change from the inside out.
What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session is a space for real, honest exploration. You are welcome to bring anything you'd like to explore such as a challenge or a goal, and together we unpack it with clarity and curiosity. If you're not sure what to bring that's okay too, that's what we'll work on together. You can expect deep listening, thought-provoking questions, and practical strategies to move forward with more insight and intention.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching might be right for you if you're feeling stuck, seeking change, or simply wanting to grow with more awareness. It's especially powerful if you're open to exploring your inner world and ready to take responsibility for your growth. Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
No formal prep is needed, just come as you are. That said, I encourage you to take a few moments before your session to think about what you would like to discuss. You are welcome to bring a question, challenge, or theme you’d like to explore. A quiet, comfortable space and something to take notes with can help you get the most from our time together.
What's the difference between a single session and a coaching bundle?
A single session is great if you have a specific focus or want to get a feel for the process. A coaching bundle offers six sessions at a discounted rate, and it's designed to build momentum, explore patterns over time, and create lasting change. It’s also more cost-effective if you're committed to ongoing growth.
Can I combine coaching with art therapy?
Absolutely. Many clients find that combining coaching with art therapy opens up new pathways for insight and expression. If you're interested in integrating both, we can co-create a rhythm that suits your needs by alternating sessions or blending both approaches depending on what feels most supportive.
ART THERAPY
What is art therapy, and how does it work?
Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses creative expression to support emotional healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. It’s not about making “good” art, it’s about accessing the subconscious content and messages that appear in your art in order to explore what words can’t always express. In a session, you’ll be gently guided through processing the art that you create outside of your session. This process helps you connect more deeply with yourself, your emotions, and your inner wisdom.
Do I need to be able to draw or paint to benefit from art therapy?
Not at all. The focus is on expression, not skill, and I will never judge or critique your artwork. You don’t need any art experience, just a willingness to explore and be curious. This work is gentle and accessible to everyone.
What materials will I need for an online art therapy session?
Basic supplies like paper, pencils, crayons, or markers are perfect. You’re also welcome to bring whatever materials you have on hand — collage items, paint, pastels, or anything else you enjoy using. Before your session, you’ll receive a short guide with suggestions and ideas for setting up your creative space. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just comfortable and inviting.
How is art therapy different from regular therapy or coaching?
Art therapy uses creative expression as a primary tool for insight and healing. While coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented, art therapy can be more exploratory, emotional, and somatic. It can also support deeper processing for people who find talking alone limiting.

How do I book a session?

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, life happens! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for online appointments, or 48 hours in advance for in-person appointments. Just follow the link in your confirmation email or get in touch with me directly.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Yes, I offer in-person art therapy and coaching sessions in the North Brisbane Suburbs and Moreton Bay Region in Queensland, Australia. Feel free to contact me to discuss what’s possible if this is your preferred way to meet.
Can I book a recurring appointment?
Absolutely. If you'd like regular sessions, we can arrange a recurring time that suits you, just reach out and we’ll set it up together.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
How will I receive my digital product after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your digital product. If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
How long do I have access to my downloads?
Once purchased, the digital file is yours to keep! However the download link to access the file will expire in 30 days. I recommend saving the file to your device so you can access it anytime.
Can I use your digital products for commercial purposes?
Unless stated otherwise, digital products are for personal use only. If you’re interested in licensing for commercial use, please get in touch.
