Art Therapy Session | Enneagram Session North Brisbane This is where our work together truly begins. Following the clarity we gained in our Discovery Call, this 60-minute session is designed as a focused, creative space to start peeling back the layers. We move beyond just talking, using a tailored blend of Enneagram insight and Art Therapy to explore your inner world in real-time. What to Expect: --------------------- Every session is dynamic and guided by what you need most in the moment. We might spend our time: -- Integrating Insight: Using the Enneagram map to navigate a specific 'blind spot' or life challenge identified in our initial chat. -- Creative Processing: Engaging in spontaneous art-making—using clay, collage, or paint—to express what words cannot reach. -- Active Discovery: Bridging the gap between deep emotional processing and practical, real-world action. You don't need to choose a 'mode' before we meet; you simply show up with curiosity. I will draw on my full toolkit as an Accredited Practitioner to ensure you feel supported, seen, and equipped for the next stage of your journey. When you are visiting me at my private practice, all materials will be provided, simply bring any artwork you have created in preparation for this session.
